The most versatile of VELUX skylights, now available with the top of the range solar powered opening motor. This skylight is supplied with a flyscreen and when used with a VELUX Active climate control can be operated from your smart phone.
Our VELUX VCS 2234 is designed specifically for a flat roof though it can also be used on a roof pitch up to 60 degrees. The hinge is on the short side, The VCS 2234 must positioned so the hinge is the high side of the skylight.
It is designed to be fitted to a flashed hob, a prepared upstand with appropriate weatherproof flashings. As such VELUX do not supply a flashing kit for this skylight.
